Welcome to our 3 year programme, a combination of theory and on the job training. The training will be conducted at commercial hotels, resorts, spas, fast food restaurants and institutional catering that too in different departments, so that students get a broader perspective of the industry.

At the end of each year students are required to submit an observation report detailing their training assignments.. .
